JauGuru was established in 2021 to conquer Nepal’s ride-hailing industry and make transportation as affordable as possible. JauGuru is a service-based company situated in Lazimpat. Our application is available on android and iOS. Since transportation is one of the vital components of the infrastructure that contributes to the country’s growth, the growing demand for improvement has prompted us to explore digitizing the travel service. Improving the system will make transporting people and things considerably easier. The three founders of JauGuru aim to modernize Nepal’s transportation practices and enhance the quality of life for its people.

What We Do ?

JauGuru is a ride-sharing app that aims to consolidate various transportation providers into a single platform. JauGuru offers six different services: Bike, Bike Delivery, Taxi, Mini Truck, Water Tanker, and Jeep Hire. These services are tailored to the consumers’ needs to offer them comfort. It is meant to provide a complete transportation service where consumers may even track their vehicles and goods.

How We Operate

Step 1

A user opens the app

The user selects the service then enter the destination and confirms the pickup.

 

Step 2

The partner receives the user’s request

A nearby partner will receive the request and accept the user’s ride request.

Step 3

The partner picks up the user/goods

The partner and the user will verify each other and start the ride. The map in the application will help the driver to take the user to their destination. There is also an SOS button that can be used in an emergency.

Step 4

The partner drops the user/goods at the destination

The partner will drop the user at their destination, end the ride, and review and rate each other.
